About the Breeder & Property

We’re blessed to call 28 acres just outside of Branson home. Our puppies enjoy the best of both worlds—room to run, play, and explore the outdoors while remaining in a safe, secure environment. Growing up in the country gives them opportunities for enrichment, confidence-building, and plenty of fun adventures before they join their forever families.

All of our puppies are lovingly raised in our home as part of our family. Our adult dogs live with carefully selected guardian families, where they enjoy the attention and companionship of being cherished pets. When it’s time to have puppies, our moms come stay with us so we can provide dedicated care throughout pregnancy, whelping, and the early weeks of the puppies’ lives. Our guardian home program allows us to avoid a kennel environment while continuing to responsibly preserve and improve this amazing breed. It truly offers the best of both worlds—our dogs enjoy family life, and our puppies receive the individualized care and socialization they deserve from day one.

When puppies are on the ground, I cut back on my hours at the hospital and caring for the puppies becomes my full-time job. My days typically begin around 5:30 a.m. and don’t end until 9:30 p.m., and when unexpected situations arise, I’m often up throughout the night providing additional care and support.

While breeding Australian Labradoodles brings me tremendous joy and is something I am deeply passionate about, I intentionally limit my program to just 4–5 litters per year. This decision allows me to devote myself fully to each litter and provide every puppy with the individualized care, attention, and early development they deserve.
When puppies are in our home, they become my primary focus. By maintaining a small, carefully planned breeding program, I can ensure that every litter receives my undivided attention during these critical first weeks of life. I am also committed to the well-being of our adult dogs and their guardian families. For that reason, I generally breed each female only once per year, helping to minimize the amount of time she is away from her family and allowing her to spend the vast majority of her life where she belongs—as a beloved family companion.
Keeping my program intentionally small also allows me to continue pursuing my other passion: working in obstetrics at a local hospital. Whether I am helping welcome puppies into the world or assisting families as they meet their newborn babies, I am honored to play a small role in life’s most precious moments. Witnessing new life and supporting families through those experiences is truly a calling and a privilege that I never take for granted. At the heart of both passions is the same purpose—caring for others, nurturing new beginnings, and helping families grow.

I am a proud member of both the Australian Labradoodle Association of America (ALAA) and the Worldwide Australian Labradoodle Association (WALA). Being actively involved in these organizations helps hold me accountable to ethical breeding practices, high standards of care, and ongoing education within the breed. Membership in these associations reflects my commitment to responsible breeding, health testing, transparency, and the continual improvement of my breeding program. Through the resources, educational opportunities, and breeder networks these organizations provide, I am constantly learning and striving to become a better breeder while working to produce healthier, more structurally sound, and temperamentally exceptional Australian Labradoodles. I believe ethical breeding is a lifelong journey of learning and improvement. Being part of ALAA and WALA helps ensure that I remain committed to best practices and to preserving and advancing the Australian Labradoodle breed for future generations.

I am proud to be both an ALAA (Australian Labradoodle Association of America) and WALA (Worldwide Australian Labradoodle Association) registered breeder.
Being part of both organizations demonstrates my commitment to responsible breeding, health, and preserving the Australian Labradoodle. While both registries support ethical breeding practices, my ALAA membership is especially significant because of its long-standing dedication to protecting the breed through comprehensive pedigree records, strict breeding standards, and ongoing health initiatives.
Why ALAA membership matters:
Maintains one of the longest-established Australian Labradoodle pedigree databases, helping preserve authentic bloodlines.
Requires breeders to follow a Code of Ethics focused on responsible breeding, animal welfare, and breeder accountability.
Emphasizes health testing and informed breeding decisions to improve the long-term health of the breed.
Supports breeder education, mentorship, and collaboration to continually improve breeding practices.
Focuses on preserving the Australian Labradoodle as a multigenerational breed with consistent temperament, health, and predictability.
WALA is also an excellent organization that promotes responsible breeding, international collaboration, and genetic diversity. By participating in both registries, I can contribute to the advancement of the breed while adhering to high standards of health, ethics, and responsible breeding practices.
My goal isn't simply to produce puppies—it's to thoughtfully preserve and improve the Australian Labradoodle for generations to come.
Health, Genetics & Vet Care
-
Since 2025, breeding dog in my program have undergone comprehensive genetic testing through Animal Genetics or Embark. Before transitioning to these laboratories, I used Orivet to complete all genetic testing required by the ALAA and WALA. This change reflects my commitment to using comprehensive, up-to-date genetic screening to support the health and well-being of my breeding program.

All puppies are raised under a comprehensive preventative health care protocol designed to support a healthy start in life. They are routinely dewormed with Pyrantel Pamoate and Safe-Guard® (fenbendazole) according to an age-appropriate schedule. Prior to placement, each puppy receives its initial 5-way (DAPPv) vaccination at approximately 6 weeks of age.
-
To ensure continued protection against common infectious diseases, I recommend that puppies remain on a veterinarian-supervised vaccination schedule, with booster vaccinations administered at approximately 9, 12, and 16 weeks of age, or as directed by your veterinarian.
-
All puppies are permanently identified with a BuddyID microchip prior to going to their new homes. The microchip registration is completed at my expense and is registered directly in the owner's name before the puppy is placed. This ensures that, should your puppy ever become lost, you will be listed as the primary contact and can be notified as quickly as possible.
-
All puppies receive a comprehensive veterinary wellness examination between 6 and 7 weeks of age prior to going to their new homes. This examination evaluates each puppy's overall health and helps identify any abnormalities or concerns. I believe in complete transparency and will openly communicate any findings from the veterinary examination, along with any recommendations for follow-up care, so families can make informed decisions with confidence.
-
Every puppy is backed by a comprehensive 2-Year Health Guarantee against serious hereditary and congenital conditions, including hip dysplasia. Should your puppy be diagnosed with a qualifying life-threatening or life-altering genetic condition before two years of age, verification from qualified licensed veterinarians and supporting documentation will be required in accordance with the Health Guarantee.
-
If a covered condition is confirmed, you may choose either reimbursement of eligible veterinary expenses up to 50% of the original purchase price or the opportunity to purchase a replacement puppy from a future available litter at 50% of the original purchase price. In the unfortunate event of a puppy's death due to a covered congenital defect before two years of age, and the condition is confirmed through an acceptable necropsy, a replacement puppy of equal value will be provided.Complete terms, conditions, documentation requirements, and exclusions are outlined in the Purchase Agreement and Health Guarantee.
-
Von Willebrand Disease (vWD), Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA-prcd), and Exercise-Induced Collapse (EIC) are three of the most common inherited genetic conditions found in the Australian Labradoodle. These conditions are required to be tested for or cleared by parentage to meet the breeding standards of the ALAA.
While WALA currently encourages genetic testing and recognizes its importance, it does not require genetic testing for breeding dogs. We believe responsible breeding means exceeding minimum requirements. Rather than testing only for the conditions required by breed organizations, we utilize comprehensive DNA panels through Animal Genetics and Embark to screen for a much broader range of inherited diseases and genetic traits.
Our philosophy is simple: breed better by knowing more. Comprehensive genetic testing allows us to make informed breeding decisions, reduce the risk of inherited disease, and continually strengthen the health, longevity, and quality of our bloodlines for future generations.
-
I believe that transparency is an essential part of responsible breeding. Upon request, I am happy to discuss the health testing performed on each puppy's parents, explain the results, and answer any questions you may have regarding genetic testing, orthopedic clearances, or breeding decisions. My goal is to ensure every family feels informed and confident in the health and quality of their future companion.
About the Dogs & Puppies
-
At this time, I specialize exclusively in breeding medium Australian Labradoodles. While every puppy is unique and mature size can never be guaranteed, most of my puppies reach an adult weight of approximately 30–35 pounds, with a variation of a few pounds above or below this range depending on genetics, nutrition, and overall development.
My breeding program is carefully planned to produce consistently sized, well-balanced companions with the temperament, structure, and versatility that make the medium Australian Labradoodle an ideal fit for many families.
-
Our breeding program produces Australian Labradoodles with straight to wavy fleece coats. These coats are soft and low/minimal shedding. Coat type and texture may vary slightly from puppy to puppy, even within the same litter, and can continue to develop as the dog matures.
